Hi, my name is RIco im new to the site and real estate. I want to start building a empire to pass down to my kids and family. I want to start with wholesaling and learn the basics then go into fixing and flipping, eventually into multifamily rentals. I recently been educating myself with books, youtube, and podcast channels.
