Hello from Myrtle Beach!
Hey everyone! I really just stumbled on this site but there is so much good info on here! I relocated to the Myrtle Beach, SC market in 2016. I was a mortgage lender for many years, and developed a passion for real estate. I did my first fix and flip in 2020 and it was very stressful as I did not have all the people in place to make it a true success story. We actually lost money on it, but it was a HUGE learning experience. I am planning to use my sales as a realtor to fuel future property investments! I work on buy and list side, and would love to connect with any agents that may need a referral partner in Horry/Georgetown county SC! We are booming here!
