I have been in the Childcare industry for 21 years. I recently have turned the day-to-day operation of that business over to new hands and am stepping back to a more administrative role. My husband and I have always been interested in real estate investing and have spent the last year poking around the subject. I am excited to get started really investing. Several year ago, we invested in a few fix and flips and long-term rentals but had some nightmare scenarios. I believe that with the tools from Bigger pockets and the lessons learned we will be successful in our pursuit of financial freedom.
