Hey everyone first time officially posting here at BiggerPockets! I'm a new investor whose been listening, watching, and trying my best to get a start on this awesome journey. Primarily I'm looking to get into fix and flips then move into long term rentals. Id love to hear from seasoned investors or new like me!

Sorry for the delayed response to this post. If you need a good agent in Northern Indiana I would recommend reaching out to @Stephen DiJulius He is an investor, and he did a phenomenal job helping us purchase our rental. We've had our house in Mishawaka since December of 2022.
