Hello to all! New to BP and also REI. I'm happy to find a community of like minded individuals that can make my journey into this industry smooth as possible. Based on my research, limited real estate knowledge and non-existent experience I'm thinking of single and multi-family rentals to pay for my retirement and increase my monthly cash flow.
