New future investor intro
Good afternoon Bigger Pockets members! My name is Nickolaus (Niko) and I've been following BP for a couple years now. Listening to podcasts on Spotify, as well as reading books. The latest one that I have just finished is "Real Estate Rookie" by Ashley Kehr. The starting route, that I believe is the best one for me, at the moment, is wholesale. I do plan to have a least a couple locations, for which I have ran comps on, before the end of the month. I would love to start getting connected with possible investors and build a relationship for the future. I do work at a home building supply store, so getting a close estimate on materials will be easier for me when running that side of things.
