Hello, my name is Reagan Amnay, and I have taken on the task of helping my father manage his 12-unit rental properties. He is selling 8 units and will close on them soon. I am tasked with finding a property in a short amount of time via a 1031 exchange. Currently, I work for Cushman and Wakefield managing 4 Class A office space buildings and 4 warehouses.
