Hi everyone. My name is Alex Vitro. I've been managing two multi-family properties for my parents which they hold as cash flowing investments and it's been working out pretty well so I've decided to get more into real estate and start investing on my own.

I've formed a company and have what I think is a good business plan in place for investing in buy and hold real estate but am still working on narrowing down my market.

Anyway, I'm really hoping to make this more and more of a full time occupation as I go so I'm looking to connect with people who can help me learn more about the industry and become a successful investor.
