New Member in San Francisco

Hi everyone, my name is Joe. I am new to this site and am looking forward to connecting with fellow investors in California's Bay Area and Central Valley. I am licensed broker in California, work in corporate real estate finance, and am ready to start investing in my own real estate portfolio. I am hoping to use this site to pull together valuable information and contacts that will help me as I purchase my first multi-family property in 2014.

I am also looking to join a REI club here in SF, any suggestions from the group on where I should start?

I would also love to hear from anyone active in the Central Valley (Fresno, Clovis, Modesto, Merced, Visalia, Bakersfield).

Hey Joe welcome to BP. I recently relocated from SF to Modesto for a new position. I'm am also a licensed broker looking to invest in multifamily.

I haven't found an investment club in the area yet but would be interested in connecting to talk about ideas/goals.
