My name is Victor — I am new to BP and real estate investing. I live in San Diego. My wife and I have been trying to learn as much as we can through podcasts and books. We are looking purchase our first investment property this year. Since we are new to investing, we want to start locally in San Diego. Hopefully after some hands on experience, then consider out of state investments if it matches our goals. Looking forward to connecting with others in the BP community!
