One Rental Down

My husband and I have been renting out half of our home the past two years on airbnb. We've been able to pay our mortgage that way and it's been amazing! We are now moving into our second home and renting out our first property. We are super excited to be a little further into investing. We are hoping to learn about flipping homes, and doing much more multi-family long-term investing! Would love supports and connections!
