Hi everyone! I am excited to be here and I can't wait to start calling myself a "Real Estate Rookie"! I have to give a huge shout-out to James Likis. Thanks for introducing me to Bigger Pockets. Tomorrow I start my 40-hour real estate program to become a licensed realtor in the state of Massachusetts by mid-April 2024. I aiming to sell myself my first multi-unit property.
