Hey there!

I'm Ryan and I am a licensed Realtor in Palm Springs California, but my passion is real estate investing. I started listening to Bigger Pockets during the COVID lockdown. I was a General Manager of a big fitness center in town and suddenly found myself unemployed after months and months of fighting to stay open. I got licensed in early 2021 and Real Estate gave me a new career path and I love everything about it! Looking to learn and grow with the Bigger Pockets Community!
