Newbie from Aiken, SC..looking for Mentor
Hello All!
I am very new to the real estate business. I currently live in Aiken, SC where i received my degree at the University of SC Aiken. a Former landlord of mine first peeked my interest about real estate investment over a year ago, so i have been researching and studying since then. My goal is to build a business that rents/leases single family duplexes; which is lacking here in Aiken. I am open to all knowledge and ideas. I am very happy to have stumbled up this site, I feel i will be able to learn a lot and at the same time spread the knowdledge i have obtained.
