I have been reading into real estate for years now, but it's time to take the next step. I'm focusing almost exclusively on cash flow so I'm looking into multi-fam and house hacking, but hope to eventually get into apartment syndication in the long term. I would love to learn enough to be able to lead a syndication one day. But first.....well, gotta get started.
