New to real estate

I'm not sure where or what to post but nothing will happen if I don't say anything, so I hope this message is in the right place. Hello, I'm Katelyn, I'm looking for guidance from like minded individuals who are more rehearsed in the world of real estate.  My ultimate goal is to become a real estate investor, except I don't have any prior experience in this industry and am still a bit lost as to where to start. I'm willing to learn and potentially become certified by whatever means necessary to begin this journey. Whether it be I actually start out investing in something, or if I'm able to connect with somebody to show me the ropes as a mentor figure.
