Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I just moved to Houston, TX from NYC in order to pursuit my real estate investing career. Reason being my uncle lives here and owns 100 houses and 15 apartment complexes with over 2000 units under management. I am looking to start off as a wholesaler! I have been reading tons of training material and attending seminars as well. If I were you, I'd be on my Uncle like white on rice. Shadow him! Not everyone is blessed to have that type of wealth/knowledge in the fam. Hope that option is available.
