New member from Galveston County

Hi guys,

My name is Tommy and I'm from the Texas City/Galveston County area.

I've been interested in real estate for a while, but finally decided to get serious about learning the business.

I've got a very interesting job that allows me to have quite a bit of free time(2 weeks out of every month) so I think I would really like the idea of learning to do rehab and flip. Though on that note, I do believe that the cash flow from renting would serve me well in reaching other goals in my life.

I look forward to learning more here and hopefully meeting and working with some of you in the future.
