Hey there, fabulous folks! I'm Billy Miller, originally from the sweet tea paradise of North Carolina, now living it up in the Garden State with my fantastic crew - my wife and two awesome daughters! 🌟

Let's dive into the Billy saga: I've rocked it with the US Marine Corps, spearheaded projects with NextEra Integrated (a top commercial solar company) as a site manager, and even had a stint as a warehouse manager for a top material storehouse in NJ. But due to cut backs I was asked to take a pay cut, No way was I settling for less than I'm worth. Can't stop, won't stop! 💪 So a few other people and myself were laid off.

Now, onto the next adventure: real estate, baby! 🏠 After years of soaking up knowledge and kicking analysis paralysis to the curb, I'm ready to roll towards financial freedom like a rockstar on wheels! Plus, being on layoff status gives me a lot of free time and is Just another reason to never put all my eggs in the job basket again.

Here's the deal, pals: whether you're in the land of Jersey, the big apple New York, Pennsylvania, or Maryland, I'm your go-to guy! And guess what? I'm always up for a road trip to my old stomping grounds in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida.
