Newbie seeking information on lead sources, title companies, private money resources. Building relationships with buyers and having a database of active market that specifically has cashflow. I eventually will invest there as well so by having these connections beforehand i think will benefit all parties involve. Looking forward to joint venture with others when opportunities come along.
