Aloha Friends! My Intro
Happy Saturday Everyone! First off a little about myself, I am 37 years old with a wife and daughter. I am currently active duty military serving at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hawaii. I grew up in Ohio and would like to move back once my military contract is up next year. That is the market I would like to invest in. I want to use my VA loan to house hack a multifamily property and once my 12 months is up rinse and repeat that for two years. However, I would like to start investing sooner. As they say, it's time in the market and I would like to get involved sooner than later. Please reach out if you have any advice or like to chat.
