Hello everyone,
I'm Monte! I've been tuning into the BiggerPockets podcast for a while, and I've finally decided to metaphorically pull the trigger on starting my journey in real estate. I'm eager to dive into wholesaling and can't wait to learn and exchange ideas with all of you. Additionally, I'm also interested in multifamily real estate, but I'm a bit unsure where to start when it comes to finding potential investors. I'm based in the Lowcountry of South Carolina.
