Hi! I'm Gerard , and I am a Rental Property Investor.

I started my real estate investing journey in back in 2006 purchasing a SFH in Philadelphia with the intention to generate cash flow. I was able to cover my mortgage payment, cash flow a few extra dollars.

I sold my six rental properties in 2012 and moves to Delaware. I am interested in single-family homes either in Philadelphia or Delaware that will generate cash flow following BRRRR. I am hoping to find individuals that will help me with this endeavor.
