Help For New Members:
I want to welcome you and give you a bit of help on acclimating with the group, all 7,500 of us. UPDATE: 10,005 MEMBERS!
The normal process on this forum is as follows:
A) New members are encouraged to read the rules upon sign up-this will save a lot of trouble. Easy to pass by, I know!
B) Each forum topic has a 1st post in the index that will explain the rules for that section.
C) We ask that member make at least 10 posts that contribute to the group and general conversations as a whole, without trying to conduct any business.
D) We ask that members continue to take part in the group discussions if they wish to network or try to work deals or offer deals.
E) After 10 posts a member may post an acctual deal in the “making deals” forum.
F) There are also forums for specific properties for sale as well as wanted.
G) There is also a classifieds section where services or web sites may be posted once a month.
