Dear Investors

I am buying a multifamily in Vermont

Which I might sell in 1-2 months 

Should I buy this in own name or LLC?

I have a CT LLC would it be better to make new Vermont LLC?

please suggest to avoid gain tax and avoid being labeled as dealer by IRS?
