Introductory post / seeking advice for renting to elderly care business.
I am a rookie investor seeking guidance and mentorship. My wife and I currently own a single family 3/2, .25 acre lot in Fort Lauderdale. We have rented it for the past year and are now seeking new tenants. We recently had a unique offer from an elderly care company to rent our home to operate their business out of. Any advice out there from the veteran investors I am all ears.
