Finally bit the bullet
Hello all!
I've been haunting BP since 2019 but finally went Pro. My biggest regret is not signing up to get locked into 20% off annually. I toed the line every week, each time putting the membership in cart. I even took screenshots each week of the sign-up perks during Brandon's live broadcast (I'll attach one here for a laugh...are any of these perks still available or has that ship sailed??).
Anyway, BP and Brandon's weekly thing started it all for us. Within a year my wife and I acquired four multi-families properties with a total of 20 units, and eventually another building to rent out (currently a bait and tackle shop) as well as an Ice House. It has been quite a ride.
