Ben from El Segundo, CA (Los Angeles)
Hi everybody!
My name is Ben Wakefield, and I live in El Segundo, CA which is a little suburb of sunny Los Angeles (right by LAX). I have owned and ran a small business for the past few years and I have become very interested in the idea of passive income and real estate investing.
My first goal is to use this new body of knowledge and contacts to help move my family out of our very expensive rental home and into a multi-family property that I own and manage. That will dramatically lower our month expenses and give me more flexibility to pursue other buy-and-hold opportunities!
