Hello, all. I'm new to wholesaling. I have done quite a bit of studying and research over the past year and a half, and I've recently started reaching out to potential cash buyers in the area. A friend of mine told me that "Bigger Pockets" was the place to be, so I'm reaching out here with my first post. What I'm looking for is a partner/mentor, maybe another wholesaler like me, and even an investor who's looking to purchase properties in the area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
