New to REI and Excited to Get Started

Hi! My name is Noah and my wife and I are looking to get into real estate investing. Neither of us has any experience and are trying to learn as much as we can before hopefully getting our first deal this year. Our first hurdle is figuring out what type of REI we want to get into and where to start our search.

I will be moving out of the country for work and won't be back until 2026 so we only have a "local" market for the immediate future and then we are locked in to "out of state" investing.

I've been watching webinars, reading books, and listening to podcasts to try and learn about this whole process. If anyone has any recommendations for specific webinars or podcast episodes to get started, or that can help identify which type of investing to get into, please let me know! We appreciate any help/support and hope to return the favor when we can.

We are exciting to join BP and are hoping this is the start to being financially free so we can prioritize our time with family!
