Hi, I am a photographer and videographer who specializes in multifamily and short term rental properties. I Work for a multifamily brokerage and so I am often on bigger pockets learning the industry. I love to stay tuned into the trends that are working for people who own rental properties. Especially as the rental market here in Nashville is taking a bit of a dip.
