Hello Fellow and Lady BPers!
Just wanted to reach out introduce myself and give a brief background.
My name is Clinton Roland,born and raised right here in beautiful Gawwja lol but have traveled extensively during my military service. I am currently engaged and a proud new father(I love you Alem and Malachi!) I work a 9-5 in sales but am determined to instill an entrepreneurial spirit into my son so I have begun to transition into REI. My short term goal is to buy a primary (under market value)and use the 100%cash out refi that the VA loan provides to reinvest in a multifamily cash flow opportunity.
I have been on the site a couple of days now and I am very excited about all the educational,networking and growth opportunities that are available here! I would be remiss if I failed to thank Josh D. For the Awesome site and all the contributors and members for their time,efforts and knowledge You Know for Giving Back!! And making BP a real Community.
