Hi everyone, I'm newer to RE investing (much more experienced with stocks) and live in Chicago. I bought my first investment, a 5-unit, last summer and am looking to buy another two properties within the next 6 months. I've been listening to all of the podcasts and had been reading the forums for a few months now. Figured it was finally time to join the site and network with my fellow Chicago investors! Excited to be an active member! Adam
