I've been a low level buy-and-hold investor for years with just a couple properties under my belt. I live in Middle GA (Warner Robins area) and I'm looking to set up my investing game by getting into the BRRRR strategy. Ready to learn and get to work!!!

    Nice Lance and welcome! For BRRR connect with @Joseph Chiofalo can probably help you utilize some of your equity positions with investor friendly HELOC and definitely help with low down payment 1-4 units. Good luck!
