Hey Bigger Pockets members, I'm Michelle Chastain with Century 21 Prestige Realty in Jacksonville AR (close to Little Rock). I've been listening to the podcast for a while and always found it very helpful both in my personal investing as well as helping my clients invest. Finished my first flip a couple months ago yay! I have been mainly a buy and hold investor till now. I'm an Executive Broker here in Arkansas and love finding the best deals for my clients.
