Hello BP family. My name is Brian and I am glad I found your site. I have been interested in REI for over 7 years ever since my wife got her Real Estate License. My goal is to flip residential properties and acquire some rentals, but every time I tell someone what I plan on doing, I get the "you don't have enough money" or the list of horror stories of what can go wrong. I have the attitude that others are doing it so why can't I. What I want to learn from your family is the best practices that current members are doing to be successful, ex. finding properties and/or financing. I have been on the fence looking way to long, now its time to take action. Thank you in advance and I can't wait to meet my neighbor Real Estate Investors.
