Finally Setting up my account
Hello all, my business partner and I started BRRR's in Texas in 2023. We acquired 3 single family homes in 2023 and we are midway through a 6-unit deal for 2024 and looking to get more. Learning the ropes on just about everything. I'm working on getting my bigger pockets pro account finalized even though I've been a member for about 1.5 years. So far the biggest challenges for out of state investments has been finding reliable contractors or help to complete projects on time and under budget. We have most of our properties in the Tyler Tx area if you have any good workers. We have a few we have come across as well. Thanks for looking
