Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Shelby from Pensacola, FL, brand new in real estate investing with only one rental property currently. I'm particularly interested in rental properties in the Alabama and Florida areas.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time in the salt water and hanging with my two dogs Sheeba and Theo.
