Hi from South Florida
Hi everyone. Glad to be here. I'm a graphic/web artist in South Florida and found BP when I started doing research on how to get a tenant for my first home, which I bought in Oct of 2013. Unfortunately, I'm being downsized at work and have till the end of the year to find new work so I figure I'll consider renting the place rather than selling if it comes to that. I hope to learn a lot here, hopefully I won't ask too many stupid questions.
