Hello BP community! I'm Chris from Costa Mesa, CA, soon to be Dallas TX. I've been investing in real estate with my wife since 2017, when we started with JV deals and small flips. We decided to jump all in right before Covid, which was one of the best decisions we've made.

Covid brought us tremendous success so we got our contractor's license and opened Apogee Custom Homes. Since then we've designed and built several homes in the coastal Orange County Area. 

We've decided to take our aesthetic to Dallas, for several reasons both business and personal but we're excited for this next chapter of building.

Outside of real estate, we like to take our dogs to the beach/park, try new foods and sharpen our RE skills. We look forward to learning more from all of you as well as sharing our knowledge from success to mistakes...
