Just starting out

Hello everyone!  I have read a few books from Brandon Turner and David Greene a year ago. After changing careers and finally getting settled in a new house I am reading the books again. I am excited to keep learning and to start out in real estate investing. I started a real estate photography business a year ago as a side hustle that has kept my interest in investing. Seeing the houses getting fixed up and seeing what they rent or sell for has been inspiration to keep slowly learning over the year. I look forward to learning and growing with everyone!
