Newbie to real estate
Hi, everyone. I am a current restaurant owner who is looking to become eventually full time real estate investor. I do have cash flow from my current job however, I am recently married and about to become a dad in a couple of months. I could just continue working for my restaurant but I also want to spend time with my family more often. I thought this would be the best way to make my dream come true.
