I'm a new to the topic of real estate investing and I'm looking to learn about the different areas of real estate investing. I haven't decided on a specific area of real estate investing and I am interested in generating passive income from rental properties. I am My day job is in web design and my current goal is to own a multifamily by the end of the 2014. I'm interested in networking with others in this area.
