Hello everybody,
I'd like to first say that I have been reading articles and listening to podcasts from this site for a while now and soaking in all of the information like a sponge (hopefully). I've decided to actually sign up and get more engaged. I am primarily interested in multi-family residences and look forward to good times and support from the bigger pockets community.
