Cash Guy From Fort Worth, TX

Hello, I am Joshua. I joined BP after listening to the podcasts and reading the UBG. I won't be investing for at least a few years since I am only interested in all cash investing. I am here to learn and do as much work and I can while putting myself in the situation to buy my first property. I am interested in buy and hold small multi-family and seeking more information on wholesaling. I look forward to attending some of the local REICs in the near future.

@Joshua Y. welcome to BP. Be sure to read through the Learn section above it is loaded with great info. You can also set key word alerts for topics or areas of interest like "multi" or "Fortworth". Be sure to jump into the forums, you can network into lots of great deals with others.

I am curious about your all cash investing. There is a certain security in not having a payment. There have been several long debates on the forums about good debt versus bad debt. Are you a Dave Ramsey fan or what prompted you down the all cash investing? Every person must follow their own path but I would suggest you consider good debt as a means of accelerating your investing.
