I am what you all call a "newbie". I am also one of those that in retrospect see how silly it is to have paid for training in REI.. but I did! Yes, shoot me! However, for now I will just say I am in the beginning stages and trying to put my team together while I learn how to find and evaluate properties...

As I am sure is the case with most newbies...

Investors to lend/fund deals, mentor to help me learn how to quickly but appropriately with full details ANALYZE PROPERTIES (there are a million sites out there and I do not want to just rely on RE AGENTS to get back to me) and contractors in areas from Anacortes to Redmond, WA

I live in La Conner, WA and am doing this as my last ditch effort to avoid going back to the corporate world and still be able to build generational wealth for the young ones in my family and put myself and my husband on more solid ground for ours. I also would like very much to be able to set our parents up. All of this motivation will stay the same but others may be added. I guess the most important part for me it to feel accomplished in something that I BUILD AND DRIVE not working for another (unless of course you are an investor that wants to work with me!! lol!)

I am 48 and feeling that 'middle age syndrome' creeping up... Scary! But bring it on! I will take it graciously and hope that a tad bit of success will help me do so!

-Findcompsnow.(free)

-Zillow will give you a ball park.(free)

MLS is the best. Must work with a realtor for this option though
