 I am going to the bigger pockets conference this year! I went last year as well and it was a ton of fun and got to meet a ton of top investors there. 

I read David Greene's BRRRR book and begin my real estate journey. Now, I am buying about 2-3 deals every month and brokering about 12 to 15 here in Columbus.
