Poconos Short-Term Rentals

Hi BiggerPockets Investors,

Here are three key tips to consider when buying a short-term rental in the Poconos:

Bedroom Count:
What size home are you curious about purchasing? How many bedrooms should it have? Would your design choices change based on the number of guests you’re hosting?

Amenities:
Is your property near popular attractions like lakes, hiking trails, ski resorts, or pools? If not, consider adding on-site amenities that make your rental a attraction in itself, so guests don't have to leave to find the fun!

Design:
Many visitors come from Philly and NYC, looking for a break from urban life. Tailor your design to create an escape that immerses them in the nature and relaxation that they are missing out on!
