BP Newbie from Houston, TX!

Hello All,

I have been lurking for a few months now. I thought it was about time I introduced myself.

I am originally from the SF Bay Area. I received my California real license back in 2005. I took a few years off to focus on family and to do some international traveling. My family and I moved to Houston in 2011. I started working for a builder in the Katy / Richmond area. I decided that wasn't the route for me, so I started researching real estate investments and stumbled upon BP (what a awesome website!!!).

I am currently in the process of obtaining my TX real estate license. I hope to purchase our first investment property in TX this summer. I look forward to learning more about the investment side of real estate and networking with you all.
