Newbie from Grant, Florida!
Hello BP community, my name is David Alexander and yes I'm new to REI. I found out about this site from investfourmore.com, I have no background in real estate other than purchasing my first home from a HUD foreclosure. Got a great deal, this was back in 2001, and since, that house is now a rental and providing a positive cash flow with great long term tenants. I also own a call center business and am involved with creating the technology to make the business work. My reason for joining the site is to network and gain as much knowledge as possible before I decide to make my next rei play.

Welcome to BP! You have found the right place for a plethora of information on REI. I am new to REI in Orlando, FL also but the learning due to this site and certainly gotten me to the point of being ready to buy my first property.
